"Took my Jeep wrangler in for an issue We had taken it in twice before (while still under warranty!). Steering lock up issue….we almost DIED!!!! Both times I had taken it in I explained the problem in detail…both times I was told they could not “replicate” the problem so therefore could not fix it. Lies. In 2018, (the year of my Jeep) a service bulletin was issued about the exact problem, along with what needed to be done to fix the issue. The dealership in Foley feigned ignorance, so it was never fixed while under warranty. Now it’s out of warranty and they quoted us a price of thousands of dollars to fix it. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THE JEEP DEALERSHIP IN FOLEY, AL!!!! Just don’t!!!! They screwed us, then acted like we had not brought it to their attention earlier! Crooks!!!!! Buyer/consumer BEWARE!!!! We will never ever use them for anything ever again."

"beware!!! absolutely disgraceful customer service, buyer beware your homeowners policy will have an astronomical increase the second year of coverage. your emails will not be answered. they will take the money out of your escrow a month in advance and not give it back for 3 + weeks (the renewal policy isn’t even in effect). you talk to different people here and they will give you 10 different answers. DO YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE."
